TAS · Team Akshay Sharma
Last updated 25 September 2026 · Effective 25 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TAS — the Android application, the iOS application and the web application — operated on behalf of the campaign team of Akshay Sharma by Humble Solutions ("we", "us"). Using the application means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it, and ask the person who registered you to remove your account.
TAS is an internal tool, not a public service. There is no sign-up. An account exists only because somebody already on the team created it, and it remains ours to suspend or withdraw. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to continued access.
The most junior role, Booth Member, cannot sign in at all. A Booth Member is a record held by the team, not a user of the application, and these terms apply to them only in so far as they describe what we do with that record.
TAS exists so that the team can organise itself: registering members, recording who is responsible for which booth, arranging events and meetings, and sharing the campaign's own published posts. Use it for that, and for nothing else.
This is the most important clause on this page. Depending on your role, the application shows you the names, ages, addresses, house numbers, telephone numbers and voter identification numbers of real people — both members of the team and rows of the published electoral roll. You are being trusted with it in order to do the team's work.
You must not:
This obligation survives the closing of your account. Breaking it may be a breach of applicable data protection and election law, and we will act on it.
Member records, photographs, meeting notes, events and everything else entered through the application is created on behalf of the campaign team, and the team owns it. You confirm that anything you enter is accurate so far as you know, and that you had the right to enter it — including the consent of the person it concerns. We may review, correct or remove any entry.
The recorder records a meeting on your phone and uploads it to the campaign's own storage, where automated services turn the speech into text and write a summary for the team's leaders. Transcripts and summaries are approximate. They misspell names, mishear numbers, and can state things that were never said. Check a summary against what you remember before relying on it, and never treat one as a record of what a person committed to.
Comment suggestions drafted for social media posts are likewise suggestions. You choose what to post, you post it yourself in Facebook or Instagram, and you are responsible for it — including under those platforms' own terms.
The application is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available, that it will be free of faults, or that anything you enter will survive — take your own note of anything you cannot afford to lose. Parts of the application work without a signal and sync later; until a change has synced it exists only on your phone, and a phone that is lost or wiped before it syncs takes that change with it.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the application, at any time, without notice.
We may suspend or remove your account at any time — in particular if you leave the team, if you break section 4 or 5, or if we are required to. You may ask for your own account to be closed at any time using the form at tas-privacy.web.app/delete-account, or by writing to us. What happens to your data then is set out in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, for lost opportunity, or for any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of something the application displayed — including a machine-generated summary. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
TAS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Google, Meta Platforms, or the Election Commission of India. It is not an official product of the Election Commission, and the roll data it holds is the Commission's published data used as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the application is obtained through the App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to the download, and the store is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to support the application.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Write to executives@humblesolutions.in with any question about these terms.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them and the current version is always the one published here. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept it.
