Use this form to ask us to delete your TAS account and the personal information held about you. You do not need to be able to sign in, and you do not need the application installed — which is the point, since not being able to get in is the usual reason for wanting this.

If you were registered as a Booth Member you never had an account at all — that role has no password and no way to sign in. This form still works for you. It is the right way to have the record about you removed.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in credential, so the account can no longer be used.
Your personal record: name, father's name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, photograph, voter identification number, address and house number, the household contacts listed against you, and any location recorded when you were registered.
The device notification tokens stored against you, so notifications stop.

What is kept, and why

Entries in the team's own working records that would otherwise become meaningless — who registered whom, and counts by booth — are kept in a form that no longer names you.
Anything we are required by law or by election rules to retain is kept for as long as that requires and no longer.
This request itself is kept for up to twelve months as the record that you asked and that we acted, then removed.

Electoral roll rows are the Election Commission of India's published data, not our record of you; they are described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

We confirm the request and act on it within 30 days. If the details you give below do not match a record, we will write to you rather than guess — deleting the wrong person's record is worse than a delay.

Full name * As it appears on your record.

Mobile number * The 10-digit Indian number registered with the team. This is how your record is found.

Email address Optional. If you give one, we will confirm to it.

Username in the app Optional. Leave blank if you never signed in.

Your role Optional, but it helps us find the right record.

Ward or booth Optional. For example "Ward 62, Booth 204".

Anything you want to tell us Optional. A reason is not required and does not affect the outcome.
